#1 Guys, In need of help. Yesterday my central locking stopped working. My door lock has never worked with the key, tried to diagnose why the lock turns but won't unlock but never managed to get the door panel off, I got the trim / door card off, took all bolts out the metal panel but couldn't get into the guts of the door.

Hi guys, Had to change a bulb in the interior light last night and today I've noticed that the blind on the skyroof doesn't operate with the buttons now. It opens when you use the skyroof and will close when shutting on the key or doing a reset but I get nothing on the buttons. Had a brief look
if the key fob plastic is broken but not the internals ( if you still have the key) a locksmith can supply a new key fob and install your existing internals in the new case with out need a program key fobs are available new from a locksmith or e-bay and the cost will be to have the key cut to the old key plus the cost of the shell

Hi Folks, I've just changed the ignition barrel/key on my 52 Stilo and want to move the chip from the old broken key into the new key so as not to have to change the ignition ring, transponder and ECU. Is it possible to do this? and, will it affect the remote central locking when using the new
Yep, still here. Feb 24, 2008. #2. You can change the "shaft" of the key, but the fob probably won't code-in for the central locking or start the car. I've had issues in the past when the Parts Department have supplied a complete lockset, but for the wrong car, and the system won't recognize the new keys as they come 'semi-coded' to the car Hi guys, Hoping to god that someone can help me, Key fob one day just stopped working and for a few months i was happy to continue manually opening and closing.
